Easy Peasy Sweet n Sour Chicken!

Turn that wok around!

Sorry for my absence as of late folks! It's due to a lot of work and not having much internet access. I've got an easy (and lazy!) one for you all today. Another one for the wok- Sweet and Sour Chicken! This meal wont take you much more than twenty minutes to make and its a great alternative if you cant spare money for take out!

What You'll Need:

2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 Red Pepper
1 Large Onion- sliced finely
1 Small tin of Pineapple Chunks
A Handful of frozen Peas
1 Jar of Sweet and Sour Sauce

Method:

  • Put a dab of oil in the wok and fry off the onion until softened
  • Cut up the chicken breasts and add to wok
  • keep on a medium to high heat until the chicken is golden in colour and cooked through
  • Add everything else and simmer for 10- fifteen minutes until everything is hot and cooked through
  • Serve with rice

Remember how I told you it was an easy (and lazy) one?! If you want to spice it up a bit you can add some chopped chillies (at least I have before now!). Enjoy the food and bags not washing up!

Cheers M'dears
