Home Cooked Spicy Goodness...

What You Will Need:
A good sized packet of Diced Beef
1 Tin of Chopped tomatoes
1 Large Potato
1 Large Onion
3 Tbsp Curry Powder- I used medium!
2 Garlic Cloves- Crushed
300 ml Beef Stock
Method:
- Heat some oil in a good sized pan and fry of the beef and onions together until the beef has browned.
- Add the Garlic cloves
- Add in the curry powder making sure all of the meat is coated!
- Peel and Cube the potato, add to pan along with tomatoes and beef stock
- Lower heat to gentle simmer and leave for 2 hours, stirring occasionally
WARNING: When you first add all of the ingredients it will seem REALLY watery- fear not! Leave the lid of the pan and leave to cook as the sauce will thicken as the water evaporates over time. Unfortunately, I had no naan bread in the flat at the time of cooking this curry (sad face!) so I just had to make do with rice. This is a filling meal however so you don't really need a naan (I just love a good naan with a curry is all!).
Go ahead and cook this for someone! It's so good! The Meat becomes tender and the potato softens as it cooks- I really may have to go and make some more after all of this writing!
Cheers M'dears,
Jade
